In 2018, Georgia fintech companies and community partners teamed up to launch an industry event call FinTech South 2018. FinTech South 2018 is a global exchange of insights, innovation, and trends fueling tomorrow’s  financial tech industry. Attracting international companies and speakers, FinTech South is an opportunity to engage with 400 FinTech companies employing more than 130K employees globally, generating $72B in revenues, and processing over 118B transactions annually. The FinTech South content theme in 2018 was Disrupting and Delivering a Better Customer Experience by focusing on what’s happening next in fintech to accelerate and improve the customer experience.
